Thai massage

Mum To Be

A combination of massage techniques which assist with the tensions and pains experienced during pregnancy. This massage reduces peripheral swelling, soothes the nervous system, helps to prevent insomnia, muscle cramps and back pain.

Regular Mum to Be massage throughout the pregnancy can shorten labour time and the return to optimal fitness after birth.

- Pre-natal massage may not be recommended to expectant mums with certain medical conditions.

Foot massage

The foot contains every nerve ending for the entire body. Also there are reflex points related to every organ, gland and system of the body. Ear candling
